Ingredients

1/2 cup millet
1/2 cup quinoa
1 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
handful spinach, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 egg
Tips
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in oil, then add rinsed grains. After 2 minutes stir in 2 cups hot water and season. Cook for 20 minutes. tir in spinach and onions. Beat egg then stir into mix. Form 10 patties and bake in a 375 oven for 20-25 minutes.
