Ingredients

Ground beef, 16 oz
*Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Milk, 2%, .5 cup
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
Peas, canned, .5 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Tips
I often cook this in a slow cooker. Works great.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel (or not) the potatoes, chop and boil until cooked. Drain off water. Add butter while mashing the potatoes and then milk. Mash well.
Brown the onion and ground beef in a non-stick skillet. Drain off any grease. Add spices and stir well.
Pour the meat mixture into an oven-proof 1 1/2 qt. bowl or casserole dish. Top with frozen, fresh or canned vegetables evenly. Spread mashed potatoes on top of the vegetables.
Bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Hearty Servings
