Introduction

Ingredients

    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *White Vinager, 3 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic, 3 cloves

Tips

parm can be added, great warm or cold


Directions

Chop, onion, garlic, peppers. in pan add olive oil, onion, garlic, peppers and s & p. saute until tender. add sugarand vinager. cook for another minute. Serve on crackers or pasta
