1 lb lean (93%) ground beef
1 8oz pack fresh mushrooms
2 tsp worchestershire sauce, divided
1 pack dry lipton french onion soup
4 tbsp white cooking wine
1 tsp montreal steak seasoning
4 slices fat free pepperjack
4 sliced onion rolls
Meanwhile, spray a non stick pan with cooking spray, add mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until lightly browned. Add cooking wine and 1 tsp worchestershire sauce. Cover and let reduce for 5 minutes. Stir well and top with steak seasoning.
Serve on sliced onion bun topped with pepperjack cheese, burger, and mushroom mixture.
Serving Size: Makes 4 1/4lb burgers
