Ingredients

    2 lbs. haddock
    1/2 gallon 2% milk
    6 small potatoes
    6 small stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 oz. salt pork

Tips

simmer for one hour, a thickening agent may be added.


Directions

Sautee onions and celery
sautee salt pork
pre-cook potatoes
all all ingredients to large pot
salt and pepper, basil, garlic and cilantro to taste
