Ingredients

    Banana, 1/2 medium
    Blueberries frozen, unsweetened 1/2 cup
    Peaches, frozen, 1 cup sliced
    Mango frozen, 1 cup sliced
    Flax seed powder 2 tbsp
    Orange juice , 1 cup
    Cranberry juice 1/2 cup
    Amazing grass green superfood, 1 serving

Tips

This can be made with fresh fruit in season.


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, blend until mixed. Blend on high for 1 minute. Follow your blender instructions for crushing frozen fruit.
