This is a tasty, protein packed treat to help curb your appetite, and give you energy all at the same time! It also helps with the sweet tooth. This is a tasty, protein packed treat to help curb your appetite, and give you energy all at the same time! It also helps with the sweet tooth.

Ingredients

    1 Muscle Milk Light Vanilla-Creme protein drink
    2 Carrots chopped
    1 cup coarsely chopped kale
    1 roma tomato quartered
    1 serving Trader Joe's Berry Medley- frozen
    1 serving Trader Joe's Mango Chunks-frozen
    1 cup whole strawberries-fresh


Directions

add all ingredients to a blender and blend! This will be cold and thick so it gives the appearance of an ice cream, use 1/2 cup water to thin it out if wanted
