Beef and Noodles

Introduction

A great way to use up leftover pot roast! A great way to use up leftover pot roast!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    8 oz beef chuck roast, cooked and shredded
    2 1/2 cups "no yolk" egg noodles, measured dry
    1 cup water
    1 beef bouillon cube

Directions

Cook egg noodles in large pot according to package directions. In a separate, small saucepan, boil 1 cup water, then drop in bouillon cube. When bouillon is dissolved, reduce heat to medium and add beef. Continue warming broth and beef over medium to low heat. Once noodles are done, drain, rinse, and return to pot. Add beef broth and meat, stir together, and serve.
