1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
4 mushrooms, sliced
3 sweet mini peppers, sliced
25 turkey pepperoni slices, quartered
Mix the meat, eggs, and seasonings together until well combined. Add rest of ingredients and mix well with hands.
Pack meat mixture into a 4x8 loaf pan.
Bake for 60-90 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer at 1 hour for internal temperature of 170.
