4 tbsp evoo
6 cloves of garlic, rough chopped
10 sun dried tomatoes, rough choppped
about 20 slices fresh mushrooms, rough chopped
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 box (14 oz) Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Pasta
In large pot, boil pasta according to directions on box for your preferred done-ness. Drain when cooked.
Return pasta to large pot. Add olive oil mixture. Stir well.
