Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    1 Milk, canned, evaporated, 12 fl oz
    Better Than Bouillon, 2 tsp & Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Flour, white, .25 cup

    ***Can use beef consume for bouillion
    serve over rice or noodles

Directions

Start cooking your rice or noodles by package directions. Meanwhile brown ground beef, add onions and saute, add mushroom. Drain off grease.
Return meat back to pan, add bouillion and water stir mixing together, then add 1/4 c flour to bouillon water and mix until no lumps. Add evaporated milk and bouillon/flour water, bring to slow boil until thickened. Serve 3/4 C over rice or noodles
