Introduction

Low Carb Meatballs Low Carb Meatballs
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 pound ground chuck
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 egg beaten

    seasonings to taste - salt pepper garlic powder, italian seasoning, red cayenne pepper, etc. .

    Mix together, form into balls, and cook over medium heat.

Tips

Once ball is formed, let it brown slowly before turning, as this recipe only uses egg to bind to avoid the carbs or bread crumbs. You could probably add almond meal or coconut flour as a binder, but I like it just as this is.


Directions

mix all ingredients in bowl, divide into eighths, roll into balls and cook in skillet sprayed with pam to prevent sticking. Eat alone, add to low carb spaghetti sauce. Serve over shirataki noodles. spaghetti squash, or just as I said eat alone.
