1/2 pound ground chuck
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 egg beaten
seasonings to taste - salt pepper garlic powder, italian seasoning, red cayenne pepper, etc. .
Mix together, form into balls, and cook over medium heat.
Once ball is formed, let it brown slowly before turning, as this recipe only uses egg to bind to avoid the carbs or bread crumbs. You could probably add almond meal or coconut flour as a binder, but I like it just as this is.
Serving Size: 8 large walnut sized meatballs
