Crock pot taco chicken

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
    1 can corn
    2 cans kidney beans
    3 cups salsa
    2 T taco seasoning

Directions

Put all ingredients in crockpot on low for 7 hours. Shred chicken, and stir.
This could be put into a soft taco. I put it over brown rice.

  • My husband and I loved this recipe. We ended up using in tortillas, but it would have been excellent on rice too. I didn't have enough of the kidney beans so I actually threw in a can of black beans instead. - 5/9/08
