Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

1 can organic black beans
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 jalepeno pepper, diced
4 cloves of garlic, diced
1 T canola oil
1/2 C mild or medium chunky salsa
Tips
Directions
Saute onion and pepper in canola oil until tender, add garlic and saute another minute.
Drain black beans and rinse. Add them to the saute pan. Use a masher to mash the beans coarsely, leaving chunks.
Add salsa, mix. Heat through.
Serve with chips or vegetables (calorie counts not including chips).
