1 can organic black beans
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 jalepeno pepper, diced
4 cloves of garlic, diced
1 T canola oil
1/2 C mild or medium chunky salsa
Drain black beans and rinse. Add them to the saute pan. Use a masher to mash the beans coarsely, leaving chunks.
Add salsa, mix. Heat through.
Serve with chips or vegetables (calorie counts not including chips).
