Introduction

I love this smoothie. It's so filling and it tastes so good. I don't normally add ice because I freeze the strawberries. I love this smoothie. It's so filling and it tastes so good. I don't normally add ice because I freeze the strawberries.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup fresh strawberies, frozen and cut
    1 banana
    1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt
    1 tbsp honey
    1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal (dry)
    ice (optional)

Directions

Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy.

Serving Size: Usually only makes one shake
