*1 cup organic whole Oat Groats
Dry Green Lentils
*Organic Sunflower Seeds, Raw, Unsalted, .33 cup (remove)
*Bulk Pepita (shelled), 0.25 cup (remove)
*Celtic Sea Salt (Light Grey), Coarse Grain (The Grain & Salt Society), 0.25 tsp (remove)
*Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Chia seeds (1 Tbsp or 10 grams) dry seeds, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Active Dry Yeast, 1 serving (remove)
*Arrowhead Mills Vital Wheat Gluten, 4 tbsp (remove)
*Bobís Red Mill Wheat Berries (raw), 2 cup (remove)
combine yeast with 3 TB warm water
in food processor process all ingredients together
let rest in a bowl 1 1/2 hrs.
Move to slightly greased bread pan and cover with a plastic bag. Let rest another 1 1/2 hour.
preheat oven to 350F bake 55-65 min. allow to cool completely.
