1 Boca Burger (or other veggie burger)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 large romaine leafs
1 oz swiss cheese (1 slice)
Left out the whole wheat bun.
Place cheese on top of hot burger.
Slice burger/cheese into strips.
Place one romaine leaf inside another.
Place slices of burger/cheese inside romaine leafs.
Dribble mustard on top of burger/cheese.
Roll romaine into wrap... enjoy.
