IntroductionThis is Jillian's Autumn Glazed Pork Chops with a bit of a twist. This is Jillian's Autumn Glazed Pork Chops with a bit of a twist.
2 medium apples (cored and sliced)
4 - 3oz boneless chops
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c. apple cider
1/2 c. cranberry sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp concentrated frozen orange juice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
NOTE: Pork must be 140-160 degrees in the center to be safe to eat.
Place apples in bottom of crock.
Pepper the chops - place on top of apples.
In bowl, combine other ingredients.
Pour mixture on top of chops.
Cook on low 4 - 6 hours or until chops are done.
Place 1 chop, 1/4 of apples and sauce on plate for each serving... enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3 oz chops with sauce & 1/4 apples
