Jillian's Roasted Cauliflower

Introduction

Excellent low cal, low fat side dish to add taste and veggies to any dinner. Excellent low cal, low fat side dish to add taste and veggies to any dinner.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic - minced
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp paprika

Tips

Goes great served with Autumn Glazed Pork Chops.


Directions

Cut cauliflower into florets.
Place in large zip lock bag, or bowl with lid.
Add oil, salt, garlic, pepper & paprika.
Seal bag or place lid on bowl.
Shake till cauliflower is well coated.
Place on baking pan - spread into one layer.
Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes or until cauliflower is lightly brown on top.
Enjoy!
