Ingredients

    2 tbsp mascarpone
    1 cup ricotta
    half to 1 teaspoon of vanilla
    2 packets sweet and low
    1 package canolli shells (6 shells per package)

Directions

1. Drain excess moisture of ricotta with coffee filter.
2. mix ricotta, mascarpone, vanilla, sweet and low until combined(use fork)
3. Place mixture in a ziploc bag and snip 1 corner to pipe cream into canolli shell. (smaller whole is easier to control flow of cream)


Serving Size: 4 cannoli
