A great pick me up mid afternoon, or just before my workout. It is an easy recipe if you don't like something swap it out for something else. Ingredients

1 cup spelt flakes
2/3 cup hemp hearts
1/2 ground flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
optional - chocolate chips
Tips
The original recipe had oats instead of spelt, and coconut instead of hemp hears. Spelt is lower on the gluten scale. And I don't like coconut, so I swapped it out. My husband loved them with the oats and coconut.
Also can put dry fruit instead of chocolate chips.
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add honey, peanut butter and vanilla into dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove and roll into 1 inch balls ( I weigh mine at 14-15g, each) Store into air tight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
Serving Size: makes 33 - 14 gram balls
