prepare your rice in a separate pot. while that is cooking add some oil or non stick spray to a frying pan. combine your vegetables on the pan once the oil is warm. careful for popping if you are using frozen veggies. once the rice is finished add it to the frying pan and mix it in adding the minced onion and the soy sauce. cook until the rice is sticky. enjoy
