Dumplings for Stew

Ingredients

    2c. flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    2tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 Tbs melted butter
    1 C. Milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, then melted butter and finally milk. Drop by the spoonful into boiling broth or gravy. Turn down and simmer for 10 minutes covered.

Serving Size: Makes 8 large dumplings
