IntroductionA family favorite. A family favorite.
1/2 lb. ground hamburger
1/2 lb. ground turkey
8 oz. skim milk
1 can FF cream of mushroom soup
6 slices cheese
1 can peas
salt & pepper to taste
5 c. frozen shredded hasbrowns
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with frozen hashbrowns. Top with hamburger mixture and peas.
Mix soup, milk, and salt & pepper in bowl. Pour soup mixture over layered hashbrowns.
Top with cheese slices. Cover. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. or until hashbrowns are fully cooked.
Serving Size: Makes 11servings. Serving size is 1/2 cup.
