Pair with your favourite spaghetti sauce (I prefer PC blue menu three cheese red sauce: 80 cal/half cup!) and low fat turkey meatballs (or perhaps large mushrooms for vegetarians) for a meal that is healthy, and a taste that will truly satisfy your pasta craving and maybe even trick your taste-buds!
Directions
Take your zucchini and grater or mandoline with appropriate attachment (I prefer large holed graters), and run it lengthwise across the blades to make long "noodles"! No need to boil, just enjoy!
