Chicken enchilada casserole

Ingredients

    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 32 oz (remove)
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 3 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 5 cup (remove)
    Corn Tortillas, 18 oz (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Boil chicken
Chop onion
Cover tortilla with enchilada sauce
Layer pan with tortillas
Add 1/2 chicken onion and cheese
Add another layer of tortillas
Add remaining chicken sauce and cheese
Add remaining layer of tortillas
Add remaining cheese on top
Bake for 30 to 45 min

Serving Size: Makes 9 squares
