Ingredients

    Strawberries, fresh, 1.5 cup, whole, green removed
    Banana, fresh, 1 small, peeled
    Oranges, .5 fruit, peeled
    Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials, 1T
    Milk, 1% Organic, 1 cup, Trader Joe's, 1.5 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Lemon juice, 1 fl oz

Tips

This is a great smoothie for strawberries that are a little overripe. The citrus helps cut the overwhelming sweetness of a very ripe strawberry.


Directions

Thoroughly wash all ingredients, even the peeled fruits.

Blend on high or liquify for two minutes.

Makes 2 servings.
