Ingredients

    Mix cheese, onions and green peppers together in small bowl. Set aside.

    Spray cupcake tin with olive oil, place 1 tablespoon of cheese and veggie mixture in each cupcake pan. add 3 tablespoons of eggbeater and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until slightly browned.
