Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

    1 lb. Country style ground sausage
    1/4 c Shedd's Spread Country Crock
    1/4 c Flour
    2.5 c Whole Milk

Directions

Cook sausage and drain excess fat/grease. Mix butter with sausage; sprinkle flour over sausage and mix. Pour in milk and stir completely. Lower heat to a simmer until gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over toast or biscuits.
