Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    1 1/2 cup water
    2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teas yeast

Tips

dutch oven very hot be careful


Directions

mix all ingredients cover with plastic wrap, let sit 12-18 housrs.. heat oven with dutch oven in it to 450 degrees.
take dough out of bowl and shape with additional flour. let sidt while oven is heating. cook for 30 minutes with cover on and additional 15 minutes with dutch oven cover off.
