vegetarian barley chili

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked barley
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can black beans (drained)
    sauteed peppers and onions (or bag of frozen peppers/onion stir fry) found at Sav-a-lot
    1 cup sauteed mushrooms
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tsp chili powder

Tips

You can add a packet of chili seasoning or add more or less spices.


Directions

Cook barley ahead. Add all ingredients in large pot and simmer. Enjoy
