Ingredients

    2 cups whole grain flour
    1.5 cups wheat bran
    2 TB sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 TB grated orange rind
    2 cups low fat buttermilk
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 cup molasses
    2 TB melted butter
    1 cup raisins


Directions

Combine the dry and liquid ingredients (all except raisins) with a few swift strokes. Fold in raisins. Bake in muffin tins at 350* F for 25 min.
