Breakfast Potatoes!

Introduction

healthier version of fried potatoes. healthier version of fried potatoes.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Preheat oven (we use the toaster oven) to 400 deg
    Wash then dice potatoes.
    Boil potatoes in water till soft but not mushy.
    Drain water.
    In large bowl mix Potatoes, Onions, and spices.
    Spray with Cooking spray and mix again.
    Spread into flat layer on baking sheet.
    Spray top with Cooking Spray.
    Cook in oven (we use the toaster oven) for approx 15 min till tops are brown.

Directions

I use my toaster over and usually turn it to broil for the last minute or so to make it a little more crispy.
