Ingredients

    1 can of canned potatoes
    .25 cups reduced fat sour cream
    2 tbs reduced fat sour cream
    2.5 tbs brummel and brown
    1 medium head cauliflower
    salt and pepper

Directions

1. Steam the cauliflower.
2. In a mixer, add the cauliflower, potatoes, sour cream, and butter.
3. Mix
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 8 .5 - cup serving
