Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1.5 cup water
    1 cup kale
    .5 cup spinach
    1/2 a banana
    1/4 or 1/2 and apple
    .5 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
    2 tblsp ground flax seed
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Tips

you can add juice instead of water for taste but that will increase the calorie and sugar content.


Directions

wash kale, spinach and apple
put all ingredients into a blender
puree until smooth
add more water if you like a more runny texture
enjoy!!
