Ingredients

    Pork, fresh, shoulder, arm picnic, separable lean and fat, raw, 11.4 oz(remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tsp(remove)
    OXO - Chicken Stock cube - 1 cube, 1 serving(remove)
    Ong's oyster sauce, 5 gram(s)(remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Cornflour (UK), 10 g(remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
    Chef's World - Hokkien Noodles, 200 gram(s)(remove)
    Peanuts, oil-roasted, 15 grams(remove)

Directions

Heat a pan and add curry powder and pork. Cook until pork is browned. Removed from pan.

Add stock cube, sauces and combined cornflour and water. stir until the sauce boils and thickens.

Stir in the noodles and pork until well combined and heated through. serve sprinkled with the peanuts.
