Ingredients

    2 medium onions
    3 medium zuchinni
    10 snack size sweet peppers
    8 oz portabello mushrooms
    1 small head cabbage
    1 cup fresh brocolli
    2 can 10oz diced tomatoes with green chiles
    32 oz chicken stock
    32 oz water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt
    pepper
    2 tbsp basil

Directions

chop all up and mix in large stock pot. cook on simmering heat until veggies are tender.
