Ingredients

    Oats
    Water
    Banana
    Craisins
    Golden Raisins
    Almonds

Tips

Cover each with clear wrap and freeze. Pop into the microwave for a minute to thaw and enjoy before your run. Give yourself 45 minutes to digest. (and have some water too!)


Directions

Place water and oats in a microwaveable dish and cook for 3 minutes.
Slice banana into 4 small ramekins.
Add craisins and golden raisins
Divide oats in 4ths
Top with 2 almonds


Serving Size: Makes 4, 3.5 oz servins
