Ingredients

    2 small pork loin medallions (around 150 grams)
    Bunch of shallotts
    3 carrots
    2 sticks of broccoli
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1-2 tablespoons of spy sauce

Directions

Brown both sides of the thinly sliced pork in a nonstick fry pan add the tablespoon of peanut butter and the sliced vegetables and 2 cups of water , stir well and place the lid on the pan to steam and cook.
Removed the lid and stir every few minutes.
When most of the water has evaporated and the vegetables are soft add the soy sauce and stir again. Serve alone or over 90 second microwave cooked whole rice
