Decadent Hidden Veggie Smoothie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup soy milk or other non-dairy milk
    1-2 T nut butter, I use Jiff Natural peanut butter
    1/2 to whole banana
    1T Chia seeds
    1 T cocao or cocoa or carob powder
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1 T raw honey, agave, or real maple syrup
    about 1/2 cup baby spinach, I just add a handfull

Tips

Modify however you like. Add strawberries, blue berries, replace nut butter with coconut butter/cream, use kale instead of spinach... get creative!


Directions

put ingredients in a blender with some ice and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 14-16 oz smoothie
