Introduction

Super Crepes! We like to make them for breakfast filling with mixed fruits either fresh or frozen and top with a dollop of whipped cream! YUM! Super Crepes! We like to make them for breakfast filling with mixed fruits either fresh or frozen and top with a dollop of whipped cream! YUM!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2C All purpose whole wheat flour
    4 Large eggs
    2tbs Sugar
    1tbs canola oil
    1C 1% milk
    1C water

    Pam (optional)

Directions

mix all ingredients together well.

Preheat med-high) and Spray pan with Pam.
pour mix in a light layer while rotating pan for even coverage. Cook until crepe can be flipped without breaking, about 40 seconds each side.

Fill with whatever your heart desires!

Serving Size: Makes 14-18 8" Crepes
