Veggie Stir Fry

Introduction

Use the veggies on hand as a stir fry to complement fish or chicken breast. Use the veggies on hand as a stir fry to complement fish or chicken breast.

Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    4 tsp soy sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1" of ginger root, shaved
    1 cup red cabbage shredded
    1 cup celery slices
    1 cup asparagas spears
    1 cup broccoli florets chopped
    1/2 cup peppers

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and ginger root. Throw in shredded cabbage, celery, broccoli, peppers, or veggies you are using. Stir fry till tender crisp about 3 mins.
