Introduction

Customized a recipe I found online Customized a recipe I found online
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 c chia seeds
    3 tbs honey
    1 packet Splenda
    1 tbs orange zest
    1 tbs cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in container. Mix/shake well. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stirring/mixing occasionally. Yields 6-1/2c servings.
