Apple Cinnamon Oats

Introduction

A better version than store bought apple cinnamon oats. A better version than store bought apple cinnamon oats.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 C Mott's Apple Juice
    1/2 C Oats
    1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Tips

You can add dried fruit during cooking to change up the flavour and get your daily requirements in. I like to add dried cranberries. Don't forget to adjust the recipe to get the accurate calories if you do.


Directions

1. Pour the oats in a small saucepan on a low heat and sprinkle the cinnamon over it. Stir so it lightly toasts.
2. Pour over cold apple juice and stir occasionally until oats have cooked and the texture is as desires.
3. Transfer to a bowl and eat warm.
