Ingredients

    2 c wheat
    1/8 c parsley
    1/2 c tomatoes
    1/2 c green onions
    2 peeled & chopped cucumbers
    juice from 1 lime
    raisons
    Salt to taste (optional)

Directions

Boil the wheat until soft like rice ( about 1 hour) and then boil the water out of it so its the consistancy of rice. Let it cool. Add the remainder ingredients then serve cool.
