    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    teaspoon salt

    head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
    medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
    2 green onions, sliced

Tips

Suggested to serve with Fresh Salmon Cakes


Directions

Combine honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and
pepper in a large bowl. Add cabbage, red bell
pepper, corn and green onions. Toss together,
and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
