Low carb cabbage & beef soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    Brown beef breaking it up as it cooks, discard any fat.
    In a small bowl mash 1/4 c of kidney beans & liquid to make a paste, add to pot with remaining ingredients cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer 30-40 min until cabbage is tender & favors blended. Makes 7 cups =7 servings


Tips

Can use white kidney beans (cannellini) higher in protein lower carb bean I have also used chicken broth in place of beef broth
