Stove Top Casserole

Introduction

It's basically the one on the box, but it's a good fall-back recipe for a week's worth of cheap lunches or a solid dinner for the family. It's basically the one on the box, but it's a good fall-back recipe for a week's worth of cheap lunches or a solid dinner for the family.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, diced
    1 head broccoli, chopped
    1 pint mushrooms, chopped
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 box Stove Top stuffing

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a 9x9 baking dish (for 4 servings) or 9x13 baking dish (for 6 servings) with Pam and toss together all ingredients except Stove Top.

In a small bowl, use 1/2 cup water to wet down the Stove Top stuffing mix and spread evenly over the top of the casserole. Spray lightly with Pam or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray for added taste.

Bake for 30 minutes.
