Quick Crock Pot Pork Loin Chops

Ingredients

    5 Pork Loin Center Cut Chops-Thick Cut
    1 Box Stove Top Whole Wheat Stuffing Mix
    1 Can 98% FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/3 C Skim Milk
    1 2/3 C Water

Directions

Place the chops in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Mix the soup with the milk and pour over the chops. Pour Stove Top evenly over the top and cover with the water to saturate.

Cooks in 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

    I really enjoyed this recipe. It was easy to make and you use ingredients I always have on hand. I opted for the chicken flavored stuffing since it was what I had on hand. - 11/7/09
