Oatmeal Pancake

Introduction

A very healthy and delecious pancake for your breakfast to make your stomach full for hours . A very healthy and delecious pancake for your breakfast to make your stomach full for hours .
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1. Instant Quick oats (Kroger)
    2. 1 fresh egg
    3. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    5. 1 tbs. grapes molasses


Tips

You can substitute grapes molasses with any type you prefer or any fruit



Directions

1. In the food processor add the oats, egg, cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix until well combined
2. heat a non-sticking pan over fire (you can use cooking spray if you prefer)
3. pour all the oats batter into the pan (like regular pancakes)
4. when the below side is done, flip it, and cook it on the other side
5. remove from heat and serve with the molasses

Serving Size: one pancake
